Creating a Token

In Wagmi, you are welcome to take part in the memecoin revolution by creating your own token!
Before you create, buy, or sell a token, you'll need to ensure that your TON wallet is connected. To do this, simply tap the wallet icon located in the upper right corner of the app. By connecting your TON wallet, you'll unlock the full functionality of Wagmi, allowing you to create, trade, and manage tokens with ease.
Once your wallet is connected, follow these easy steps to create a new token:
Tap Create button: Select the option to create a new token right under the Our pick section.
Input Token Details: Provide the essential details for your new token:
Token Name: Choose a name that reflects your token’s identity.
Ticker (symbol): Set a symbol (abbreviation) that will represent your token on the platform.
Description: Craft a brief but engaging description that tells users what your token is about. This is a key part of your token’s appeal, so make sure it stands out.
Social Media Links: Add links to your token’s social media profiles so potential buyers can stay updated on your project’s progress and engage with the community.
Once you’ve filled in these details, tap Continue to proceed to the next step.
Pre-Creation Token Buyback (Optional): On this step, you have the option to buy back a share of your tokens before the token is launched. This feature allows you to secure a portion of your own token early by purchasing it with TON.
Input the amount of TON you’d like to use for the buyback. Keep in mind that this step is completely optional, and you can skip it if you prefer not to buy back any tokens before the launch.
Token Supply and Liquidity: Unlike some platforms, Wagmi automatically sets the Total Supply and Liquidity to Collect for your token. These values are predetermined and cannot be manually adjusted. This ensures that every token created through Wagmi adheres to a consistent structure, simplifying the process for both creators and traders.
Launch Your Token: Once you’ve completed the previous steps, review your token’s information to ensure everything looks good. When you're ready, simply press the Launch button.
❗️After tapping Launch, you'll need to confirm the token deployment transaction through your connected TON Wallet in Telegram. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the transaction.
Once the transaction is successfully processed via your wallet, your token will go live on Wagmi. It will immediately become available for trading, allowing users to discover, trade, and engage with your memecoin.
